Please include booking details such as: the workshop/course you would like to attend, number of people your booking for, the date you paid the deposit, dietary requirements, and/or special needs.

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your place in the workshop and enable us to provide you with course details.  Please endeavor to get your deposit to us shortly after your email.  The remainder of the course fee can be sent through at any time or brought on the day.

Once we have received your deposit, we will be in touch with the specific workshop/courses information, logistics, etc.

Sadly, after several failures to pay and late withdrawals, we've had to change to deposit payments being required to secure all workshop bookings. 

We aim to determine that a course will go ahead 7 days prior to the course's scheduled date.  If a committed attendee lets us know more than 8 days before the course date, we will provide a full refund of payments to date for that course or the option to transfer those funds towards attending another Terra Perma course. 
Failure to attend or to give 8 days notice will lead to a forfeit of payments made to date for that course. 
Should Terra Perma Design need to cancel the course for any reason, then a full refund of payments made to date will be provided or the option to transfer those funds to attend another Terra Perma course will be offered. 

Bookings may be accepted up until the day of the course, if numbers allow, however if you are booking within this final week, please email us to discuss electronic payments versus cash-on-the-day.
